
As of the date I'm writing this, we all have about 13 weeks until the end of May. If you're willing to do everything you can be to healthfully and sustainably lean without losing significant muscle volume/strength, and you have between 15 and 30 excess pounds of fat, losing 1% of your bodyweight in fat per week is absolutely achievable. So, if you're 180 lbs., want to lose (and have it spare) 20 lbs. of fat by June 1, you can do it, IF you do the right things for your specific profile.
